The IT recruiter at KAAGA is responsible for ensuring successful recruiting of IT professionals for the KAAGA Technologies, Inc. The IT recruiter*s job at KAAGA will include the
development of recruiting plans, the application of traditional human resource strategies, development of new strategies and other recruiting ideas. The IT recruiter is responsible
for ensuring that the KAAGA Technologies, Inc hires the best possible IT talent.
Duties and Responsibilities
The primary functions and duties of KAAGA IT recruiter include:
The creation of job descriptions for IT professionals
Organizing for and facilitating recruitment plan meetings in conjunction with hiring managers
The IT recruiter is in charge of the creation of recruitment strategies and interview plans for different IT positions within the organization
Implementation of recruitment strategies
Carrying out of interviews for IT professionals
Development of candidates for various IT positions from within the company through training before the actual need arises
Include newspaper advertisements for different IT positions
Work with professional recruiting agencies to get the best possible IT talent
Lead the development and implementation of online IT recruitment strategies
Carry out research to find out if the recruitment strategies being applied in the organization are effective
Personal Skills and Specifications
KAAGA Technolgies's IT recruiter is required to have specific knowledge and skills that will enable them to perform their duties well. The following skills and abilities are sought
should be expressed in individuals interested in the position.
Effective written and oral communication skills
The ability to work in different environments, with people from different departments and foster an inter-departmental team spirit
Be able to work independently
Good organizational skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems as they occur
Requirements
Prospective Candidate should have minimum 2 - 4 years experience in US IT Technical Recruitment.
Candidate must have experience with Sourcing, screening & interview potential candidates for contract, contract to hire and permanent opportunities.
Must demonstrate previous experience 3rd party candidates placement experience.
Possess excellent US market intelligence on resource availability and skills.
Willing to independently handle operations end to end
High energy individuals, Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment.
Educational Background
A bachelor*s degree in human resource and knowledge in IT are sufficient for this position. KAAGA Prefers a Master Degree in Human Resource or related field.
