Job Description:
What’s the role?
As HR Consultant, you will:
Define, design and lead implementation of country-specific projects and interventions to deliver the country People Agenda in support of the country business agenda.
Define, design and lead time-specific projects and interventions that enable delivery of the global Business or Function People Agenda in country.
Co-ordinate or execute projects and change initiatives, deployment of engage and perform and interventions to drive organisational capability.
Managing HR management related project within Shell Indonesia
Managing Indonesia Talent Council
Ensuring productivity level for Shell ID employee
Managing manpower planning for all Shell ID Business
Initiatives that can improve company competitiveness and leverage employee experience
Moreover, we’ll entrust you to:
Collaborate with Country HR colleagues and/or HRBPs across Business and/or Function including JV and NOV environments.
Design, develop and implement specific interventions, solutions or programmes in support of the People Agenda for the country.
Define and contract the blend of HR (or other functional) resources locally required to deliver the intervention and contract with resources to deliver business-critical requirements.
Manage and co-ordinate delivery of defined interventions – leading cross-functional, cross-country and virtual team members where needed.
Manage cost-effective and timely local delivery of critical business change initiatives such as:
Country-specific organisational redesign and implementation including liaison with Country HR ER/IR and HR Operations specialists.
Implement country-specific D&I initiatives
Dimensions:
Leads medium projects (per Shell’s standards) or making significant contribution to large project. Nature of projects is typically tactical, with direct impact on part of the business processes.
Scale of change is regional / global.
Works within boundaries of a particular departmental strategy, specific policies and general agreements and has some autonomy in adjusting objectives, policies and plans independently.
Business Agenda and/or associated People Agenda presents medium complexity to build and improve organisational capability and to translate business strategy to people strategy (e.g. a relatively stable environment, but one which has some growth and/or divestment content).
Project / portfolio presents medium complexity. For example, highly regulated, multiple influencing and consulting bodies (unions and/or staff councils), multiple pay schemes including CLAs, medium reputation impact, presence of multiple businesses, increasing diversity in staff base.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 10 years or more, of professional experience in HR Spectrum (Organization Development, Compensation Benefit also IR/ER)
Undergraduate degree from relevant experience may suffice
Extensive experience in Data analytics, Presentation Skill, and Stakeholder management
Flexibility and preparedness to travel
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral communications and writing).
Very good interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to secure the trust of a wide range of stakeholders including senior leaders, partners and colleague.
A learner mindset - Being a role model in your levels of curiosity and reflection and encouraging people to learn from their mistakes and successes.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work through and influence others to effect change.
