Job Description:
The Learning, Development & Engagement Apprentice will report to Europe Technology & Development Manager, and is part of the global Technology Learning and Competency Team. The team is responible to ensure the engagement, coaching, development and motivation of the newly hired population. It also develops and monitors the adheresence to the employees' personal developmet and engagement plan, in line with training and competency requirements, as as well business needs and personal preferences.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Early career training programs (SETC Associate & Advance):
Communication and publication on Internal Network “Yammer” of training upates
Gather final project reviews needs based on candidates’ readiness and liaise with Europe Technology Development and Engagement Manager” (TDE) and “Global Learning and Coordinator” for class creation - for Europe centers employees
Final Project presentation reviews panelist booking for Europe centers employees
Spark recognition program - Gifts ordering and delivery to winners
Class Management:
Monitor training attendance to ensure minimum count is reached
Monitor training status to guarantee timely validation and update training status
Classes advertising on Internal Network Yammer and through email and follow-up with early career training programs (Associate and Advance population) for enrollment
On-boarding training classes (One Technology) for Fresh-Out employees (new hires with < 3 years experience):
Roster gathering and sending to trainings instructors
Send invites to Roster and courses information, homework and reminder-prior the session
Identifying local instructors, roundtable members together with Eur TDE-send invites
Send homework emails after each class and forms for question gathering from roundtable members
Moderating the On-boarding training classes for Fresh-out “One Technology” to assure a smooth flow and transition between classes
“Gathering Event” planning and gifts ordering and delivery to winners
Qualifications and competencies:
Master 1 and 2 Degree i HR or equivalent
Excellet communication and listening skils
Fluency in written and spokn French and English
Problem solving skills
Details orientted
Curiosity and initiative
Organized and meticulous
