What You Will Be Doing
Partner with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs required to drive the company’s growth
Drive the development and execution of the recruiting strategy for various positions in within the engineering dept.
Source candidates through a variety of avenues, ensuring we’re identifying the top talent in the industry
Ensure a top candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s employment brand
Ensure accurate data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Monitor recruiting sources effectiveness, analyse candidate pipeline to ensure timely hiring and to forecast candidate supply.
Collaborate with internal resources to identify root causes and best practices in order to develop appropriate action plan to drive greater effectiveness and efficiency.
What You Bring To The Team
5 to 7 years of technical recruiting experience in the high tech industry similar to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
Should have hired in Cloud, Kubernetes, Security, System Software, File System, Kernel, Storage domain.
Deep understanding of the full technical recruiting lifecycle, including candidate development, internal client management, negotiation and closing
Firm grasp of technical landscape in the markets we're in, with a focus on Software Engineering teams
Ability to grasp technical concepts and evaluate candidates to understand their technical experience
Deep sourcing expertise, with advanced internet recruiting understanding/experience
Strong business acumen, with an understanding of the competitive talent market
Executive presence with ability to negotiate, influence change, and provide strategic leadership.
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced company that has an exceptionally high bar for talent
Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving, creativity, ingenuity, diplomacy, and project management.
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity that seeks to question the status quo and look for ways to advance business objectives.
Ability to understand and accurately interpret data, which provides reporting metrics that, reflects accomplished goals and objectives.
