Interview job applicants and review qualifications against job requirements. Compile information and prepare reports for plant and corporate utilization. Support facility and company goals and objectives as they relate to hiring/staffing by implementing policy and proposing process improvements. Ensure organization of hiring records including quality control, data input, and maintenance of applicant tracking system.u00A0 Ensure information is retained in line with Company policy and periodic AAP reporting requirements. Maintain affirmative action program, including reports, records and logs to conform to EEO regulatory and Company requirements.u00A0 Regularly communicate affirmative action activity to relevant management personnel.u00A0 Ensure all AAP goals and initiatives are being pursued. Act as liaison with area employment agencies, community agencies, and advertising agencies, processing and checking advertising agency posting requirements. Facilitate the companyu2019s management training and internship programs. Train employees who participate in the hiring process on Company expectations. Coordinate with Corporate Compliance to ensure hiring team is trained and has access for compliance in Form I9 completion.u00A0 Act as auditor of all Form I9s completed by team. Develop and implement social media recruiting plan for Complex.
