SUMMARY:
Our brand new, state-of-the-art complex is looking for someone with high energy, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-pace environment. This HR department is innovative and looks for creative ways to reach people and solve challenges.
The HR Administrative Assistant should be a highly customer-centric individual with a bias toward change and the ability to assist in propelling team success. This position is responsible for performing and completing the following tasks including, but not limited to: assisting with recruiting by using social media/other communication tools , helping candidates apply at our hiring center, and potentially assisting with event planning . This may include auditing forms for accuracy and completeness, requesting additional HR information; entering and checking paperwork; maintaining other HR data to be included in the Workday & SAP systems; answering candidates/team members questions regarding payroll, policies, and benefits; handling employment verifications for current and past team members; compiling data and running query reports; assisting with new team members with new hire process; posting job opportunities, scheduling interviews and answering questions regarding job openings; ordering supplies; attendance management; maintaining confidential records; any other duties or special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Associate Degree or above preferred in Communications, Human Resources, Sales/Marketing or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in HR field preferred.
Computer Skills: Above average computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel/Word/Outlook. Computer knowledge experience in the following programs: Workday, SAP preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
Travel: 1-2 trips per year may be required.
