SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing superior customer service to all levels of the organization and T&C team through expanded administrative and shared service support. The HR Coordinator will perform a variety of functions to include: Conduct basic fact finding and investigations based on the content of the complaint or question and as directed by T&C team. Create, maintain, verify, and organize employee personnel and other documentation to ensure compliance to company retention policy. Assist with communications to and from all shared T&C inboxes, including Tues@2, newsletters, Q&A, etc. Primary contact for external inquires and employee resource for general information regarding T&C-owned tools and resources. Assist in the development and posting of all organizational announcements and maintain communication boards and monitors. Assist in conducting required annual trainings (Glint, TPLE, etc.). Perform all other duties special projects as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience preferred

Experience: 3 plus years HR experience providing administrative support preferred. Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal written communication interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Special Skills: Work requires continual attention to detail in composing typing proofing and analyzing materials. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Maintain confidentiality of personnel information and people data.
