position supports the KentuckyOne Health Human Resources Department by
implementing programs and providing human resources services, including talent acquisition,
staffing, employment processing, compensation, benefits, training, records
management, customer service and assisting with employee relations, engagement
and retention.Essential Functions
Works
collaboratively with designated department management and staff to incorporate
HR expertise to support and maximize departmental performance. Partners
with recruitment team to analyze information/trends from various sources such
as exit interviews, feedback from employees, etc. and makes recommendations for
improvements.Provides
appropriate advice, feedback, and development resources to improve the
onboarding and orientation process for newly hired employees. Works
with Administration, Finance, Payroll and the HR/Payroll Connection Support
Center to assist in resolving employment issues. Provides
assistance with various HR-related projects including, but not limited to
employee policies, benefits, HR systems, employee engagement, recognition and
retention. Provides
Human Resources analytical support including preparing reports, summarizing and
analyzing HR data/metrics. Assists
in the development of job descriptions and works with compensation COE to
establish appropriate pay ranges. Responsible
for successfully complying with Federal, State, and Local employment laws,
immigration legislation and affirmative action goals.PCA

activities i.e. planning events.Other
duties may be assigned.

Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):
High
school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related
field is preferred (any combination of education and/or experience will be
considered). HR certification preferred.
Experience
(required and preferred):
Minimum 5 years of human resources experience
required. Experience in a health care
environment is preferred.
Previous experience working with Microsoft
office including excel and other database management software required.
