Position Summary :
Next Move Inc.® is urgently seeking an independent, self-motivated sales professional with experience in recruiting, placing, and building relationships with candidates.
This recruiter will utilize their sales expertise to build relationships with nurse candidates and secure high-paying travel contracts on their behalf.
Recruiters will work closely with Next Move’s sourcing specialists, account managers, and compliance team to place the most qualified candidates in clinical environments where healthcare providers can thrive.
The recruiter reports to the Director of Recruiting.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience or knowledge of the healthcare / nursing industry, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience and results employing a disciplined sales framework.
Success in this role means taking ownership of diverse daily tasks, ambitious monthly goals, and individual nurse success.
Recruiters handle a robust book of business while maintaining a high attention to detail and providing incredibly personalized attention to each candidate.

Key Deliverables
Actively prospect for nurse candidates nationwide using a variety of tools and techniques to fill short-term healthcare contract positions with the highest quality clinicians
Collaborate with account managers and compliance managers to deliver high-quality submissions to healthcare facility clients and ensure accurate and on-time credentialing
Maintain a start to finish approach with prospective and active candidates, including consistent contact and rapport building
Maintain a working knowledge of company policies, staffing and healthcare industries, and recruiting best practices
Consistently deliver a raving fan candidate experience to prospective and active candidates
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience & Skills
3 years in sales or account management
Industry-leading customer service
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse populations
Advanced computer, technology, and data management skills including Word and Adobe products
Good judgment, strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to adapt to everyday change
Goal-motivated with a sense of urgency
Ability to deliver results under pressure
Highly disciplined in pipeline management
Desired Experience & Skills
5 Years in sales or recruiting
Experience using social media to recruit
Bachelor’s Degree
Healthcare or nursing experience
Compensation & Benefits
This position is full-time with an expectation of 40 hours per week, some of which may be worked remotely. Salary will be commensurate with experience with a performance-based bonus structure in place.
This position receives five weeks paid time off and a full suite of employee benefits (including insurance from day one and 401k matching after the first month).
