Where you fit in .
You will be part of a diverse international team of professional and passionate digital marketing experts who are based in several markets around the world. The team work together to deliver the global and local country marketing plans that enable Resourcing teams to recruit targeted talent in a very competitive landscape. You will own the delivery of the Shell employer brand and recruitment marketing’s external messaging and own the engagement with the external talent, through the paid, owned and earned media.
Key Accountabilities:
SME of all Digital Marketing Activities: Website, UX, CR Optimisation, Paid Media, CRM, SEO, Social Media, Advertisement on job portals
Help the development of the digital channel strategy, create an ecosystem for communication and engagement and manage vendor performance to align with team goals
Manage all channels/ external service providers for internal and external engagement and set-up the CRM model for the employer branding and talent attraction team, globally
Support the implementation of global and local digital media strategies across all businesses
Deliver business reporting requirements for digital marketing campaign performance and measurement
Support research and insights by producing competitive intelligence, talent insights, digital/ technology trends and recommendations to inform strategic decision making with regards to marketing planning, value proposition and digital roadmap for the team.
Implement of digital marketing content and publishing across digital touchpoints and platformsWorking closely with marketing advisors and across key country corporate relations teams
Requirements:
Prior Digital Marketing: Website Management, UX, CR Optimisation, Paid Media, CRM, SEO, Social Media - experience of 8 years, with a proven ability in working with multiple analytical tools
A solid understanding of digital safety and reputation risks, GDPR and data excellence

A customer-centric, externally focused and commercial mindset to contribute toward quantitative and qualitative proposals, recommendations and plans that aim to continuously improve our brand position and the candidate experience across all touchpoints

Ability to translate data into consumer insight
Proficient in working with large and disparate data-sets and data visualisation tools (such as Power BI) to convert data into customer insights and the ability to tell the translate complex data to a story for a varied audience, in multiple formats.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities and a very good understanding of Excel and reporting
Deep understanding of campaign performance measurement, technology, tracking and customer research
A strong curiosity to learn, an ability to be inclusive and collaborate virtually; and to work comfortably with uncertainty and a preference for working dynamically, flexibly and agility.
