Job Details for Manufacturing Associate:
Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts, multiple shifts available
Pay Rate: $22-24/hr based on experience
Job Responsibilities & Description for Manufacturing Associate:
Bring raw materials to the machine to maintain operations
Move product around the mill using hand trucks and clamp trucks
Assist operators with making splices and threading winders
Monitor quality of product at every operation
Assist with moving, weighing, taping, and labeling product
Assist with rewinding, sheeting, and wrapping operations
Job Requirements for Manufacturing Associate:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing experience required
Problem-solving skills and mechanical ability
