CNA/HHA Home Care Recruiter
: Jacksonville office
Role:
The Recruiter is responsible for leading our recruitment effort, identifying, interviewing, screening and hiring caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides. This key person will develop local recruiting plans, employ candidate sourcing strategies, create and implement new recruiting tactics.
Scope of Position
: Reports to the Administrator and/or Director of Operations
Major Responsibilities
* Work with the management team to create and implement a full-scale recruiting platform including online, job fairs and ongoing college placement programs.
* Research, recommend and develop new candidate recruiting sources
* Use online recruiting tools to identify and attract job candidates, leverage the Internet for recruitment including social media and professional networking sites.
* Track and report new job candidate applications, new hires and recruiting source effectiveness via Care system
* Conduct prescreening and employment interviews.
* Manage job boards/platforms
* Maintain database of caregiver contacts
* Manage recruiting budgets as directed by owner
* Conduct telephone interviews
* Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
* Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Able to effectively communicate with prospective employees and the management team.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - oral, conversational, telephone & written
*Ability to Pass ACHA Level 2 Background Check and Drug Screen
*Must have Valid Driver's License, Access to reliable transportation and proof of insurance
