This is a role for a person that wants to help others succeed while also continuing their career in recruiting.
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting management experience
Knowledge of various programming languages/technologies of different/mixed paradigms and ability to understand requirements for various IT roles
A high level of professionalism and integrity
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated, driven and energetic with exceptional work ethic
Strong relationship-building skills and first-rate decision-making skills
