In this role, you’ll directly support our CX team— working in Nashville, TN, Las Vegas, NV, and elsewhere—and oversee the implementation of programs that align with our business objectives and core values. What you’ll do:
Provide strategic guidance to the SVP of Operations—as well as the CX and Manufacturing leadership teams—so we can achieve our goals and cultivate a productive, innovative, and inclusive work environment
Partner with colleagues across the People team to deploy HR programs and initiatives that support the employee lifecycle for our CX and lab teams
Directly support our CX team with foresight and compassion, offering feedback and advice that aligns with our core values
Making development-related recommendations and implement appropriate solutions
Anticipate and proactively manage areas of change in order to mitigate risk and avoid escalation
Manage a direct report who supports our optical lab teams, serving as a support when issues need to be escalated
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Operations team to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Direct our approaches to organizational design so that we can leverage staffing and talent needs and drive succession planning
Serve as a subject-matter expert for employee-related questions related to time and attendance, leaves of absence, disciplinary actions, terminations, and more
Investigate workplace issues and promote positive employee relations in partnership with the Legal team (as needed)
Who you are:
Backed by
7 years of HR experience, including managing a non-exempt hourly workforce, ideally in CX or manufacturing setting
An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment
A calm and confident leader, even (or especially!) when managing through ambiguity
A clear, effective communicator who’s comfortable speaking with coworkers at all levels of the organization, from the C-suite executives to CX associates
A natural team player who can work effectively with managers and partners, on-site or remotely
Able—and excited!—to travel at least 30% of the time to various **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. locations and off-site meetings
