**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a Sr Talent Management Partner to
be part of the team that crafts and implements the core talent strategy and programs for our 1500 **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.ans globally. As a member of the Talent Management team, you will be responsible for leading design and implementation of programs across HR COE and assisting in the development of engagement and integration strategies. You will assist in translating and integrating **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s talent philosophy into practice. You will provide support across design, implementation, change management, communication, measurement, and overall program management.
What You’ll Do
Support VP HR with designing scalable talent management and development programs in line with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s talent philosophy.
Own the annual performance review process for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and the technology to support it. Contribute to the continuous evolution of our performance management strategy to provide ongoing development of our employees and to drive business impact
Drive our promotion process - including defining the process, creating templates and decision criteria (working with HRBPs) in support of driving fair, equitable and inclusive practices.
Contribute to development and execution of other programs including but not limited to

Leadership and high-potential development
Succession planning
Internal mobiliity programs
Career development tools and frameworks
Plan, design & execute employee recognition campaigns and initiatives. Refine award categories (quarterly, annual etc) keeping in mind changes to organization context and philosophy
Create and drive a rich feedback loop between employees, managers, and HR teams to drive necessary iterations over time
Work closely with Talent COE partners (Total Rewards,l&D, DE&I, Culture team and Internal Comms) to deliver world class talent programs
Build communication plans and engagement strategies to help initiatives gain traction within our teams
Leverage talent management metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods; highlight trends and provde recommendations
Contirbute to the thought leadership in the area of talent management and fevelopment

What is required of you?
7 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Management
Proven track record leading large scale processes and projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders that require robust change management and communication
Subject matter expertise in designing and implementing talent review, succession planning, and/or performance management processes
Experience building career development frameworks as the foundation for an internal talent marketplace
Strong business acumen and credibility to accurately anticipate the impact of business events on talent needs
Proven capability to engage and influence top management decisions and negotiate with stakeholders
Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate in business terms.
Highly flexible, self-directed, and adapts well to change and accelerated timelines
Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree in Business, Organizational Effectiveness or a related field preferred
Prior experience in Strategy/HR consulting is a good to have
