Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Strategic/Niche recruiting activity, predominantly mid to senior level external hires
Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of TA team
Deliver comprehensive support to business hiring groups in driving their recruiting strategy. Establish relationships with business, HR and TA teams, promoting ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment needs, to develop long term talent pipelining plans and to fill their open positions in a timely manner
Provide regular market intelligence data to hiring team and business, combine information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used at business strategy level. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
Drive specialized recruitment programs to address unusual needs and spikes in hiring volume and slate/pipeline development
Evaluate new sourcing ideas and methods to develop creative sourcing strategies & talent communities to support pipelines.
Effectively identify and use social media tools in alignment with GE’s Brand Strategy
Take ownership of the GE candidate experience, ensure that it is a positive and respectful one
Drive operational excellence and compliance and set high recruitment standards
Contribute towards strategy and ensures delivery against key Global Talent Acquisition metrics
Eligibility
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated recruiting domain expertise
Experience in a Recruitment Agency and/or Talent Acquisition function of a multinational company
Recruitment experience in MENAT (Middle East, North Africa, Turkey), SSA (Sub-Saharan Africa) or Europe regions is highly preferred
Experience in people & staff management
Excellent English and Turkish skills. Fluency in French is nice to have
Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
Willing to travel (If there is travel)
Ability to work independently, motivated by own drive and enthusiasm
Build reputation as being reliable and of having strong business ethics
Set high standards for delivery and always looks for opportunities to raise the bar
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function
