HR Admin Jobs

An HR Admin professional provides administrative support on a daily basis in an organization. They deal with the initial phase of recruitment, growth, and development process of the company and support the Human Resource Manager in providing wide-ranging services to managers and staff within the organization. HR Admin person is accountable for scheduling and assigning work, interviewing new professionals, conducting training, advising the management, and evaluating human resource related problems and offering solutions to the organization. They are also responsible for checking an individual’s background which includes detecting criminal records in a timely manner.
An HR Admin professional supervises other staff members and explains them company policies and procedures, as well as provide counselling on benefits and pay issues and administer the performance of the management system. Last but not the least, an HR Admin professional is also responsible for conducting liaison with payroll, absent records, and holiday recording systems, as well as reviewing probationary time periods.
