Description

Humana is seeking a Talent Sourcer that will source candidates for our Care Delivery Organization Clinical Operations Recruiting team. The Senior Sourcing Recruiter's responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs through various digital media, sourcing channels and local/national outreach efforts. Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified candidates. Humana is seeking a sourcer who is a self-starter, able to work independently with a strong work ethic, sources with a sense of urgency, and able to stay organized and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Work with all members of the primary care recruiting team as well as key stakeholders within various business areas to align candidate sourcing with targeted positions.

Implements and establishes creative ways to get the attention of passive candidates and outreaches continually generate leads for all markets.

Strong emphasis on sourcing candidates for Medical Assistants, Coders, RNs and other clinic staff roles in a number of markets.

Sourcer creates, updates and maintains research for competitor landscape details, schools within the markets, association meetings and conferences, and market intel

Input and maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates in the CRM database

Triage and manage inquiries from career website

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and strategy in partnership with TA Marketing team

Pull market analysis including compensation data and provide recommendations to the Recruiters on recruiting strategy.

Acts as a Boolean logic expert

Proactively partners with Recruiters to meet business demands

Maintain all role postings for our sourcing platforms

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 3 years demonstrated experience and success creating and implementing sourcing strategies

Experience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools and technologies

Experience in a corporate recruiting and/or staffing environment

Requires proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong technical ability and able to quickly pickup different systems and databases

Work at home requirements:

Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous clinical sourcing experience

Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industries

Strong knowledge of Boolean searches

Previous CRM experience
