As a Learning & Development Specialist, USCA, you will bring expertise on Instructional design Globally and build internal learning team capability on Design & Tools. The role leads the team of USCA learning consultants. This role will run and deliver programs that positively affect PPG’s performance by providing solutions around Behavioral & Functional capabilities. The role is highly synergetic, with coordination and alignment across our international team being essential to success. Key Responsibilities

Lead in-house design capabilities and policy guidance to drive the Learning goals in alignment with company & HR Strategy.

Design & review scalable programs that adhere to the guidelines and norms on business processes and administration as laid down.

Emphasize scale for global support across multiple workflows and initiatives while meeting requirements for USCA.

Maintain communication with other members and Talent Operations team to execute / train and confirm technology that facilitates personalized learning.

Support matrix team while understanding internal customer needs, identify and develop modern learning platforms.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Certified Instructional Designer.

8 years demonstrable experience in HR with 3 years of exposure to Learning and 1 years in Instructional Design.

Knowledge of learning science and evidence-based design standards and practices to ensure learning content is high quality and has the desired business impact.
