HR Operations & Shared Services Team at Pure

We engage with our 4,000 employee population across 37 countries in a regional structure, and our Team Leads and HR Operations Specialists partner with our employees, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and other cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class support and perspective.
Responsibilities:
Through Pure's employee ticketing system - PERC, powered by ServiceNow - manage a daily caseload of inquiries across a broad spectrum of topics and inquiries (benefits, payroll, etc.).
Offer a high-touch engagement as new employees onboard to Pure, engaging with upcoming hires through their first day at Pure while coordinating with internal stakeholders (IT, Facilities, Payroll, etc.) and handling of HR documentation (passports, background checks, etc.).
Be the Initial Engagement point of Pure HR as you onboard new hires virtually or in-person .... and interface with HR Business Partners and people managers to facilitate employee exits.
Interact with Pure's HR information system - Workday - to transact, track, and audit high-volume transactions from onboarding to exit via the PERC ticketing system, while leveraging professional communications with candidates and managers.
When appropriate, escalates complex topics to senior team members in a timely manner, with an eye towards identifying and implementing a solution
What you bring to the table: HR Operations Specialist
1-2 year(s) experience in a HR position or equivalent (ex: hospitality, customer services, customer relations)
Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Understands the concepts of process improvement and how to identify and recommend 'new ways of doing things'
Ability to work across time zones and comfort in a virtual work environment through Zoom meetings
Comfort working with remote management, remote updates and weekly check in's with your manager and team
Team player and demonstrates a positive, 'can do' attitude - willingness to roll up your sleeves and be excited to contributed in all parts of the Pure employee experience
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and problem solving skills to thrive in a fast paced, always changing environment
Willingness to work with confidential information
Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize with high sense of urgency
Pluses: Experience in HR Operations, Workday (or other HR Information System), ServiceNow (or other enterprise ticketing system)
