The ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Lead Product Owner helps shape best practice design as well as configuration within the HRSD module of ServiceNow to meet HR needs related to case management, knowledge management, portal design, onboarding, mobile application and reporting/trending on ServiceNow data. Key to success for this role is building partnerships with HR client groups and our IT delivery partners & platform team. The ServiceNow HRSD Lead Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap as well as prioritizing the product backlog. This person also leads a team of four individuals writing stories & configuring ServiceNow HRSD.

Responsibilities

The ServiceNow HRSD Lead Product Owner maximizes value of the product to support a variety of initiatives and backend HR processes with a focus on efficiency and automation to effortlessly support associates across the company. Working to improve the associate and agent experience, this team member will leverage various aspects of the HRSD platform including case management, knowledge management, enterprise onboarding, portal / mobile, reporting, and dashboards. They will partner extensively with HR teams supporting associates including the HR call center and tier 2 HR agents including HR Operations, Compensation, Onboarding, HR Systems Support, and Safety & Security.

Key to the success of this role is the working relationship with the IT delivery team supporting HRSD through the full lifecycle development agile process. This role within HR leads the strategy, backlog prioritization, and configuration efforts alongside the IT delivery team coding and liaising with the larger ServiceNow platform. External relationships with ServiceNow will be necessary to learn about the strategy and roadmap for the HRSD product.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Creates & prioritizes ServiceNow HRSD roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders & journey teams

Creates & prioritizes Epics and Features that feed the roadmap

Brings future facing updates from the Product / Platform Roadmap from ServiceNow in conjunction with the Delivery Lead

Communicates and promotes the business vision to all upstream and downstream stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in HR technology ecosystem and ServiceNow HRSD

Experience working with HR and IT stakeholders on system enhancements

Knowledge / firsthand experience of Human Resources function

Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments

Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in an agile team, development and software lifecycle, and project management

Strong knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery module, Portal (Employee Service Center), and Performance Analytics

Vaccine Policy:

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field. Work-At-Home Requirements:

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
