Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Program Coordinator, Recruiting Events & Partnerships to assist with all stages of planning, managing, and evaluating recruiting events and partnerships. The person in this role will work with the Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing team to communicate Twilio’s culture, values and employer value proposition through recruiting and diversity events & partnerships. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, Events & Partnerships, this position will play a critical role in influencing candidates around the world to choose Twilio. , and who has a demonstrated track record of organizational and communications skills .  They also have:

1 years of work or internship experience is highly desired.

Experience with program or project management and administrative tasks. Event planning and/or partnerships experience a plus.

Experience using Zoom, Splashthat, and Salesforce a plus.

An eagerness to learn about how to use events and partnerships to generate recruiting and sales pipeline.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Availability on nights and weekends needed for scheduled events.

What?

As a Recruiting Events & Partnerships Program Coordinator, you will live the Twilio Magic values:

WRITE IT DOWN:

Own Procurement and Legal requests for new contracts and invoices to ensure contracts are approved and vendors are paid on time.

DRAW THE OWL:

Manage back-end technologies and channels, including setting up and managing Splashthat pages, Zoom webinars, Salesforce campaigns, and other event/social media platforms.

BE AN OWNER & BE BOLD:

Manage the ordering and inventory of event supplies, as well as create and maintain events calendars for internal and external stakeholders and own the team’s events on twilio.com/events.

EMPOWER OTHERS:

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and assist with virtual and in-person event execution, including AV/IT management, volunteer management, make and assemble name badges for attendees, shipping of materials, and creating event production lists with all necessary information, etc.

NO SHENANIGANS:

Maintain data integrity and clean up data on Splashthat and other backend tools.
