You have demonstrated strategic leadership in talent management, learning and development, and DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) in a global organization that has a hybrid workforce (remote & in office). You are highly effective at managing relationships across departments, geographies, and job levels. You are equally comfortable establishing a strategy as you are executing against it, as you directly or indirectly lead others to bring that strategy to life.
Responsibilities
Set the vision, build a strategy, and create a roadmap for a predictable, scalable, progressive and integrated talent management approach, including goal setting, talent reviews, development tracks, performance, promotions and talent consulting all of which elevate Lookout’s ability to deliver for our customers in alignment with our core values.
Develop strategies and establish objectives for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) that are globally relevant and further strengthen Lookout’s culture.
Develop policies that reinforce performance, fairness and transparency within our internal talent processes.
Act as a true, collaborative partner and work with business and functional leaders to drive and operationalize talent strategies that engage and retain our best leaders and team members as we continue to grow.
Connect the synergies between Total Rewards, Recruiting, and HRBPs to inform and develop a holistic view and mindset of talent across Lookout.
Identify, create and execute on global talent initiatives and programs that help leaders scale and develop their teams to enable Lookout’s growth plans.
Lead the creation and implementation of innovative development experiences and programs across the entire employee life cycle that support our hybrid workforce.
Evaluate and refine existing processes and experiences, including leveraging technology and partnering with external providers/vendors, to create positive experiences for employees.
Create and communicate a clear metrics and analytics strategy for talent management that demonstrates impact to the business and helps us achieve our growth goals.
Optimize Lookout’s approach to identifying and developing critical skills, critical roles, and key talent to drive the success of our growing organization.
Establish a succession planning approach and process, including development for senior leadership, to prepare the organization for the next phase of Lookout’s growth.
Requirements
Proven track record in leading, planning and executing upon global programs and projects in high-growth, global companies.
Exhibit high ethical standards, authenticity, credibility and character.
Demonstrate positivity, foster collaboration, motivate and influence others,
Exceptional track record of managing and developing effective people teams at high growth, global companies.
Ability and desire to scale from strategic to hands-on.
Experience in mid-sized, late stage growth and public companies.
Data-driven, decision-maker & pragmatic problem solver who can find root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address them.
Proven ability to manage priorities amongst multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high comfort level of presenting at an executive level.
