The HR Manager proactively assesses and diagnoses organizational issues in partnership with management, making recommendations and implementing solutions to attract, motivate, develop, and retain our employees. u003cbr /u003eu003cbr /u003eu003cstrongu003eQUALIFICATIONSu003c/strongu003e u003cbr /u003eRequired: u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field and five (5) yearsu0026rsquo; experience as a Human Resource Generalist u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Knowledge of state and federal employment law and applications u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Ability to effectively organize work and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Ability to work at a high level of autonomy to manage multiple ongoing issues and complex employee relations matters with minimum supervision u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; A valid California Driveru0027s License and a driving record acceptable to Telecareu0026rsquo;s insurers u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Travel required.
