nI. JOB SUMMARY
nThe HRIS Analyst will contribute to improving our HRIS infrastructure, ensuring top-notch support for our customers through the hire to retire business processes as we continue to grow globally. The role is an internal role in HR and combines the areas of operations and maintenance of HRIS data systems, as well as reporting requirements. The position will liaise with individuals from other departments such as Procurement, Finance, and IT as HR data connects to the rest of the organization.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
nSystem Maintenance / Employee Data Validation
n• Responsible for entering and maintaining employee information for both full-time and contingent workers into our HRIS system as needed, updating existing entries, and organizing data appropriately
n• Adhere to best data management practices and maintain a high standard of accuracy and efficiency to ensure successful data audits
n• Assist with the support of all aspects of HR as it relates to data requests, including but not limited to data availability, feasibility of requests, and technical support where needed.
n• Triage and support tickets that come in through the eService portal relevant to the HRIS system
n• Perform exports, imports, clean-ups, and research on any data discrepancies; produce written documentation of data discrepancies, resolution and timing of completion
n• Document all employee information changes made through administrator role
n• Identify areas of process improvement while working cross-functionally
Reporting
n• Maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
n• Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing HRBP and COE needs
n• Document all requests from HRBPs and COEs for new ongoing or ad hoc reports

nIII. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
n• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience
n• 5 plus years of related HR experience, with 2-3 years experience working with HRIS systems required (preferably with SuccessFactors, Workday, Ceridian)
n• Experience with handling of multiple employee types, including Contingent Workers
n• Understanding of HR operations, regulations and processes
n• Data management and integration knowledge across an enterprise platform
n• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
n• Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including leadership, managers, and subject matter experts
n• Ability to analyze, problem solve and clearly communicate observations and recommendations
n• Strong organization and documentation skills
n• Strong written and verbal communication skills
