The HR Administrator will provide support to the Human Resources team who support the business with 130 employees. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes variety in their role.
The role involves:
Supporting the HR department with the administration of implementing all human resources activities including recruitment, performance management, Learning and Development
Updating of HRM system (Peoplesoft) with employee information such as changes, absence and holiday entries
Reconciliation of travel invoices and travel forms and office supplies provider
Update of noticeboards
booking of meeting rooms organise hotel accommodation and dinner reservations for visitors to the businesses plan and other ad hoc admin duties as required
Organise travel arrangements as required
Administration of Visitor, Contractors and New Joiners security system and visitor management tool
Receptionist duties
Create, maintain all hard and soft copy employee files
Assist with on site wellness days
Occupational health appointment co-ordination
Collection of timesheets for weekly and monthly payroll
Compilation of Site Newsletter with articles provided
Invoice reconciliation as required
Assist with service award programme
