Job OverviewManaging a team of talent acquisition specialists, you will be responsible for the team to fulfil placements to our customers both placing directly to the customers headcount but also classic contract sales.Essential Functionsu2022 Develop a staffing team to ensure the provision of high-quality HR support and consultancy.u2022 Manage staff in accordance with organization's policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters.u2022 Manage the functional staffing budget within assigned budget allocations.u2022 Provide support and participate in regular evaluations of the applicant pool quality and assess, track and report on time to hire, cost to hire, diversity of hires, to identify trends and cost effectiveness. Provide reports to senior management as required.u2022 Implement and manage cutting-edge recruitment programs to attract qualified candidates and continually replenish the candidate pipeline based on market conditions.u2022 Manage cost effective methods to provide recruiting tools, including contracts with recruiting agencies, job boards, background companies and other outside contracts. Conduct periodic evaluations of the current contracts and provide recommendations for modifications.u2022 Participate in the implementation of projects related to legislation in the recruitment process within HR and across the business, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance.u2022 Provide management coaching and counseling to business leaders and managers to effectively meet business line/region strategic staffing goals.u2022 Consult with business leaders and managers to gather data needed to improve policies and practices; recommend and implement enhancements to support a diverse workforce; ensure recruiters comply with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly for applicant tracking.u2022 Keep abreast of market trends and demand impacting the company's ability to attract competitive candidates; serve as a critical management resource regarding such trends; coordinate with the compensation team on salary considerations and equity concerns.u2022 Support activities and initiatives associated with change management involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance with local legislationu2022 Ensure the provision of timely employee-related information to management teams as necessary.u2022 Provide advice, guidance and direct support on all aspects related to people management to senior management.u2022 May be responsible for meeting established financial targets and assisting with business development activities depending on business line.Qualificationsu2022 Bachelor's Degree Requ2022 8 years of experience within a staffing function as a recruiter or combination of recruiter and specialist experience Requ2022 Experience of working in both agency and in-house recruitment preferred Prefu2022 2 years direct line management experienceu2022 Experience operating with senior/executive management teamsu2022 Equivalent combination of education, training and experienceu2022 Sound knowledge of legislation in the recruitment processu2022 Strong knowledge of CRO, CSO or pharmaceutical and other related business industriesu2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong teamwork skills.u2022 Excellent leadership skillsu2022 Sound judgment, decision-making, and problem solving skills.u2022 Excellent presentation skillsu2022 Effective coaching and counseling skillsu2022 Organization and project management skillsu2022 Strong influencing skills.u2022 Very high degree discretion and confidentialityu2022 Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applicationsu2022 Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trendsu2022 Good customer service skillsu2022 Good attention to detailu2022 Good ability to work in a matrix environmentu2022 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clientsIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
