The successful candidate will work with our teams across Texas to recruit talented professionals who embrace our values and bring diverse perspectives. nResponsibilitiesnn Be a strategic partner to our business leadership teams. n Be an ambassador for Texas Capital Bank and work in conjunction with hiring managers to recruit and hire exceptional talent: n n Consult with hiring manager on open positions to develop job descriptions and interview questions, if needed.n Post positions in a timely manner.n Source candidates via the website, employee referrals, LinkedIn, and other passive sources; use search firms only when necessary.n Screen resumes for best fit and share with hiring manager.n Conduct screening interviews via phone or in person.n Arrange interviews with hiring managers and participate in those whenever possible. During interviews, facilitate the interview and use behavioral questions to help hiring managers gain insight. n n Communicate with internal and external candidates throughout the process. n Consult with hiring managers throughout the process and once a successful candidate has been identified, keep them updated on the status of the candidates' application as it progresses. n Present offers and coordinate background checks. n Collaborate with the Onboarding Team to bring new employees into the company.n Develop applicant sources including internal networks, agencies, industry sources, and associations.n Manage select agency relationships.n Build strong relationships with the Regional leadership team and your colleagues.n Assist with special projects, such as orientation and employee events, as needed.nnQualificationsnn Prior recruiting experience either in-house or with an agency required. Investment banking recruiting experience strongly preferred.n Prior experience with iCIMS or other candidate tracking systems preferred. n Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred. n Strong understanding of recruiting laws and regulations. n Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with hiring managers, colleagues and leadership. n Ability to quickly connect with people and effectively share the Texas Capital Bank story.n Proven experience with confidential matters.n Strong written and verbal communications skills.n High attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple searches at any given time.n
