My client is an industry leading national company and is looking for a Payroll Specialist. This person will be proficient in ADP and have experience in weekly and biweekly payroll of over 1,000 employees in multiple states.
Responsibilities
• Familiarity with Kronos timekeeping
• Assist with the set up & maintenance of software and security
• Transmit and download payroll data each pay cycle
• Enter maintenance for new facilities
• Hands on year end payroll process (ensure W2 accuracy)
• Answering payroll and benefit deduction related questions
• Payroll related leave administration
• Resource for payroll and tax discrepancy research
• Liaison between facility and ADP Payroll/Tax
Compensation:
Salary range of $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 depending on experience
