Basic duties include:
Handling recruiting operations such as job-board & social media postings, job fairs, etc.
Performing new-employee orientations
Assisting employees with benefit questions/ enrollments
Assisting on Payroll
Advising department-managers on best HR practices, hiring, and regulatory changes
