Downtown Dallas Law Firm with 75 employees in New York, California and Dallas seeks a Human Resources Generalist to create an HR Department for the firm. This is a new position. The firm is growing and there is a need for a dedicated HR Professional to focus on Compliance, Pre-Payroll Auditing, Recruiting, Employee Disciplinary Actions and General HR needs. The role will not include managing any staff directly and will collaborate with the Operations Manager and the Controller.
The responsibilities include developing HR procedures as well as implementing hybrid work-from-home policies for 2023.
Salary $75,000 - $80,000

Required to apply:
At least 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
Experience with Multi State Compliance
Ability to work in house 5 days a week
Ability to write policy related to hybrid work
Experience with recruiting
SHRM Certification (either level) required
