Job Details:
SUMMARY: The Manager of Organizational Development will design develop implement and maintain solutions to support the overall talent strategy for the organization. As the key driver of organizational culture engagement and retention this role will collaborate with the Sr. Director of Organizational Development as well as Talent Optimization Leads and HR Business Partners at the corporate office and in the field to create and implement solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supports HR management Talent Optimization leads and HR business partners to build the capability to deliver talent initiatives through consultation design development and co-facilitation as needed. Collaborates with Talent Optimization leads and HR Business Partners to develop an understanding of business strategy and relationships at all levels of the organization. Drives cultural alignment and higher engagement by contributing high quality leading edge organizational development solutions i.e. Culture Engagement Inclusion Diversity Onboarding Performance Management Talent Management and Team Growth through effective needs assessment research evaluation resource materials and reinforcement strategies to achieve business and talent objectives. Develops implements facilitates maintains and continuously improves highly engaging effective and innovative tools and resources for corporate office through corporate Talent Optimization leads and HRBPs and field locations through field HRBPs and trainers to leverage with people managers and team members to ensure effective performance communication growth and development that drives desired culture and team member engagement. Consults with HR leadership Talent Optimization leads and HR Business Partners and other Centers of Expertise CoEs to provide organization-wide thought leadership on issues related to organizational development to positively impact engagement and culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Experience:5 years professional business experience with minimum 3 years of diverse human resources experience preferably in Organizational Development Human Resource Business Partner Learning and Development Talent role. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products. SharePoint knowledge and skills a plus. Prior talent systems i.e. Workday and Success Factors experience a plus
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills - including verbal written and listening skills; ability to present effectively internally and externally ; demonstrated candor specifically listening with an open mind having courage to speak up and give feedback and acknowledging mistakes failures. Effective communication at various levels in of the organization i.e. Presenting at HRLT or consulting with new HRBPs to educate on a talent process or solution. Special Skills: Interpersonal Work Style Assessments i.e. Birkman Method Forte MBTI etc.; highly effective group facilitation skills. Demonstrated leadership skills self-aware continuous learner accountable and able to influence with or without authority .
Demonstrated coaching skills - certified coach a plus; demonstrated consulting skills; Demonstrated project management skills. Ability to work in a professional environment with a wide range of constituencies in diverse audiences levels and communities. Demonstrated creativity continuous improvement mindset willing to take appropriate risks and fail forward develop ideas and take action to implement . Ability to collaborate build win-win partnerships Seeks out and finds value in diverse perspectives and leverage cognitive diversity to ensure the best ideas are identified . Ability to consistently role model inclusive behaviors. Sound judgment ability to see the implications of various actions and view things from multiple global perspectives . Ability to work in a matrix and virtual environment and is team-oriented.
