The role is integral to carrying out the Early Careers Recruiting strategy and will focus primarily on managing a team of 4 Recruiters dedicated to bringing on new hires through two of our Early Careers Programs: US Summer Internship Program & the Launch Program (designed for new/recent graduates). This position will report into the North American Head of Early Careers Recruitment. Job Responsibilities:Assess talent by sourcing, screening and conducting interviewsManage and track candidates using our ATS (we us iCIMS!)Manage internal relationships with key customers, work with business leaders, HR partners, Talent Development, and managers to set and implement sourcing and recruitment strategiesEnsure a seamless onboarding process, in partnership with our Operations teamExtend offers and encourage new hires to join AonDemonstrate knowledge of Recruiting team to provide feedback to hiring teams for improvementsDevelop the Early Careers Recruitment team, identifying areas of opportunity and expanding on processes that are working wellRequired Skills:At least 4 years of recruitment experienced preferred, ideal in high volume or campus recruitingExperience and/or an interest in managing an incredible team of 4 Recruiters!Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – we use iCIMSProficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)To be successful in this role, you should already have or be working on the following skills:Flexibility and adaptability to shifting prioritiesAbility to “think outside of the box” and strategically approach problem resolutionA history of meeting tight (sometimes multiple) deadlinesA true desire to be proactive and persistent in your workAbility to use discretion and manage confidential, sensitive informationA tendency to be relationship-oriented (with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, etc.) and collaborate as a teammateSolid time management skills that you can demonstrate in a quickly-changing landscapeWe offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
