Senior Recruiter
Location - REMOTE Pay: 95k depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Acting as the senior recruiter within a team of recruiters
A minimum of 5-7 years of recruiting experience
Highly skilled in sourcing, process improvement, and white glove candidate experience
Job Requirements
Ability to work with highly confidential information.
5-7 years’ experience in IT recruiting in a consulting or professional services environment
Experience recruiting in an OFCCP-compliant environment strongly preferred
Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization including senior level managers
Prepare and maintain reports regarding recruiting efforts
Ability to manage an open requisition load of 10-20 requisitions
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience working with an ATS
Strong experience working with multiple communication styles directly with managers and decision makers
Experience recruiting for IT recruiting in a consulting or professional services environment
