Sourcing Recruiter
Who You'll Work With
You will be based in one of our North American offices and will be part of the global firm functions and paths recruiting team.
You'll work closely with other recruiters and hiring managers to deliver consistent, high-quality research on projects that will allow us to bring top talent to our firm cross all levels and tenure.
What You'll Do
You will lead the candidate sourcing and talent marketplace research in support of the global firm functions and paths recruiting team.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end talent research in response to specific role scopes. You will identify passive candidates through online research utilizing internal and external databases, sourcing tools and internet searching.
You'll pull together information from a range of sources, analyze and synthesize this information to create concise end products for stakeholders. You will be expected to identify themes and trends in talent landscapes and communicate them through discussion, email, reports, data-driven charts, etc.
You'll have an excellent opportunity to work across boundaries (geography, industry and level). You'll develop a wide breadth of industry and company knowledge (and variety of role paths) to support thoughtful talent research in a variety of practice areas. You'll act as talent advisor to the recruiting team and leverage various research capabilities to develop market insights and to create robust sourcing strategies. When appropriate, you will develop and present alternative sourcing strategies directly to hiring managers and/or the recruiting team based on data analysis and perceptions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree a plus
2 years of working experience in a search firm and/or corporate recruiting function
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in sourcing for digital and analytics profiles both at the junior and senior level
Proactive approach and can-do attitude
Independence in organizing work and managing multiple projects
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills
