As a Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Specialist, you will actnas a Consultant & Specialist to both business and employees on mattersnpertaining to Labour Law, Basic Conditions of the Employment Act, Policies andnProcedures, Operational matters and Recruitment activities.  You will also manage all relevant recruitmentnactivities end-to-end.Your tasks and responsibilities:nThis describes and captures some of the essence of what is expected, but notnlimited to only thesennDevelops, proposes and / ornimplements policies, methods, processes or programs regarding various HRnfunctional areas, and advises managers and / or employees:  Conducts research andnanalyses on projects or programs.Communicates HR services,ninitiatives, and programs.Responds to inquiriesnrelated to HR and company policies and procedures.Maintains, develops,nproposes, and implements HR and company policies, procedures, and othernguidelines.Supports employees andnmanagers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines.Conducts research, develops/proposes and / ornimplements plans, policies, methods, processes and /or programs regardingnIndustrial Relations and / or Labour Law activities:Keeps abreast of local andnregional labour law legislation changes. Interprets and implementsnprovisions of local labour agreements to resolve problems and assure mutualncompliance. Advises managers on how tonmanage HR incidents pertaining to Labour Law. nInterprets the labournorganization's viewpoint for management. Identifies chronic labour relations problem areas and recommendsnsolutions. Develops, proposes and / or implements talent acquisition (TA) policies,nmethods, processes or programs, and advises managers and / or employeesnaccordingly.  Performs and executes andefined range of administrative tasks related to talent acquisition activitiesnaccording to predetermined guidelines and procedures:Supports development and / or implementsnrecruiting standards in order to ensure effective staffing in the organization.Supports management in thendesign and development of talent acquisition policies, guidelines, methods andntools.Cooperates with and advicesnHR operations and or HR business partners or line management in relatednmatters.Plans and executes projectsnto improve recruiting processes.Implements talentnacquisition standards and ensures effective recruiting programs and respectivenmeasures (on regional and local level).May perform or supportnindividual and / or group assessments and analyses results.Processes recruitingnspecific transactions, such as arranging travel assignments for applicants,nresolving appointment issues, and administrating assessment and applicationnprocesses.Responds to routineninquiries from applicants.Maintains files for allndocuments processed, such as CVs.Assists with creation,ntransmission and processing of data files between various stakeholders in thenrecruiting process.Assists in liaising withnauthorities and with local organization units, if necessary.Supports the TAnadministrative tasks end to end.Comply with local and legalnrequirements.Deliver high level of quality output.Advises managers and employees regarding daily, operational HRnactivities and processes:Implements HR strategy and guidelines.Aligns the regional HRnactivities with the business requirements.Acts as key interface to HRnBusiness Partner/HR Management.Consult on overall benefitsnprograms and services, i.e. like HR shared services, recruiting processes,ntalent development.Performs all HR operationsntask at the unit or hands over the processes towards HR shared services.Sets up and executes unit relatednHR projects.Support in the execution of defined administrative tasks related tonlearning activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures:Support and assist the Learning Professionalnwith:Day-to-day learning administrativentasks.Reporting to accountablenmanagement.Arrange orientationnsessions and on-the-job training.Evaluation of training effectiveness for thencourses assigned and maintains the respective reportsnreporting to SETA and Skills Development reporting requirements.Summary, related to Function, but not limited to:Employee and ManagementnConsulting.Industrial Relations Consulting and casenhandling.Policy, Procedures, Guidelines & Circulars: implementation,nmaintenance & development and communication.Recruitment and Talent Management: end-to-end.Workforce planning.Budgets:  planning, monitoring andnreporting.Needs analysis based on business-, individual-, job-, technical-, legalnneeds.Communication:  internal & external e.g. staff movements;ntraining; legal changes.Reporting, Market trends & Initiativesne.g. new potential projects.Survey submissions.Administration i.e. end-to-end processes fromnstrategic to operational.Risk and Opportunity control management of relatedncontrols to function.Audit preparation and participation.Supplier management.Your qualifications and experience:Experience & Knowledge:At least 6 years’ experience in a human resources environment.Employee relations management & case handling.Talent Acquisition / Recruitment end-to-end (Avature tool experiencenwill be advantageous).Compensation and Benefits experience.HR Consulting experience.HR Operations experience.SETA understanding & experience (advantageous).B-BBEE understanding & experience (advantageous).Audit experience (ISO 9001 and 13485) (advantageous).Special Projects implementation.Healthineers Industry knowledge and experience (advantageous)Capabilities:Ownership and Accountability.Customer focus.Results driven.Coaching and developing of others.Able to network.Influencing and collaboration.
