Absolutely!nWhat youu2019ll learn & achieve:nPerform professional Human Resources tasks associated with compensation, employee relations, benefits, training and employee development issues. Partner with HR Managers to provide responsive approaches to employee relations issues, HR initiatives and corporate or divisional/affiliate programs. Assist HR management in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.nn Under direct leadership, performs professional tasks associated with Human Resource Generalist activities that may include: compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting and training. Participates in varied assignments requiring some evaluation and ingenuity, but limited responsibility.n Assist in the development of new or revised programs and policies by performing and summarizing research. May assist in analyzing research data or in developing program or policy features as assigned.n Work closely with management to foster and maintain a positive employee relations environment. Listen to employee problems and with HR management guidance may provide feedback to functional managers.n Work with HR management to understand and administer conflict investigation and resolution, progressive corrective action/disciplinary procedures, etc., associated with employee relations activities. Develop working knowledge of important legislation related to Labor Law.n Communicate with management and employees regarding Human Resources issuesn Explain and interpret personnel policies, procedures, and processes as directednnWhat makes you a great fit:nRequired experience:nn 5 years of experience in corporate Human Resources n Bacheloru2019s Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or related fieldn Demonstrated ability to administer HR programs and assist in the development of new or revised programsn Basic knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and processesn Understanding of human resources concepts and the HR legal environment.nn Preferred experience:nn Oraclen Employee FilesnnUL has COVID-19 protocols and policies in place to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and clients.
