JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is looking for the right person to join our growing Employee Benefits team as a Leave of Absence Analyst. Responsibilities include working with our outsourced vendors on leave related process improvement, communications, plan changes, and reporting. The person filling this role will also be the liaison between HR Managers and the outsourced vendors, creating and delivering training materials, handling escalated issues, and working with Payroll and HRIS to ensure data integrity; and other responsibilities as assigned.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in Leave Administration *Excellent Customer Service skills *Effective communication, organization and relationship building skills *Capable of working independently or as a team *Ability to work fast, think quick, prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a very demanding work environment *Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Preferred
*Experience in Vendor Management *Experience in creating and/or delivering training programs *Experience with data integrity in HRIS/Payroll systems
