Job Description: . Duties include a variety of administrative duties to include filing, generating reports, answering phones & tm questions, maintaining general and confidential personnel files, in addition to other clerical type duties.

Computer Skills; Standard computer skills including generating simple letters, spread sheets and/or graphics.

Communication skills; Strong oral/Written communication, good interpersonal skills.

Bilingual; English, Spanish, Somali preferred

Difficulty of Duties: Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others. Professionalism and confidentiality in this position are a must.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma, vocational school or equivalent preferred.

Experience: 1 years of office experience preferred.
