The Senior Recruiter interviews prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions. Assists with university graduate and professional recruiting. The Senior Recruiter work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

In this role you will help source, attract, and hire best in class talent to support our mission to assist our members in living their healthiest and best lives. You'll have the ability to work on a wide variety of jobs that add significant value to our Human Resources functional area. You'll have the opportunity to engage with the most senior leaders in Humana's HR Community and work with other highly engaged Recruiters in Corporate Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will facilitate or bring:
Full life cycle recruitment of a wide variety of positions aligned to the HR Team
A Consultative approach that drives productive relationships with all members of the HR team, as well as key stakeholders within various business areas
Strong project management and process facilitation capabilities
Rigorous capability to maintain confidentiality, communicating information when and to whom appropriate; the ability to use technologies in a confidentially appropriate manner
A skillful technical ability that utilizes tools available to source, screen, schedule candidates with appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Ability to focus on identifying talent in competitive environment through various digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts
Facilitation of accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and search tools working within the organization's applicant tracking system
Ability to navigate a wide variety of relationships, teammates and often conflicting/competing priorities
An engaged team member that participates in a proactive manner
A Stellar representation of TA for our HR partners and leaders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of experience full life cycle recruitment experience
Experience sourcing passive candidates
Experience in a corporate recruiting and/or staffing environment
Strong work ethic, strong initiative, strong sense of urgency, proactive with ability to work within a team
Comfortable with change and the ability to flow to the work as needed
Experience working with highly confidential information
Ability to navigate ambiguous environment and apply policy and process when necessary
Highly effective communicator with strong consultation skills
Previous experience using applicant tracking systems
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industries
Experience recruiting for Human Resources Functions
Workday experience
Additional Information
Though this position can be WAH, Remote, the ideal candidate could/would be willing to attend occasional in-person Client meetings (post COVID-19 restrictions).
