Addison Group’s client is seeking a People Ops Coordinator to join their team in Arlington VA! The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of HR admin experience and great interpersonal skills. This contract to hire position is currently remote.
Job Description:
Assist in creating an awesome employee onboarding and offboarding experience
Process and log ongoing employee data changes
Support multiple teams in areas such as benefits, immigration, leaves of absence, company surveys and performance reviews
Support with people team compliance standards and practices
Generate data reports and analytics
Qualifications:
Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software
2-4 years of experience, engagement, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and orientation
Great interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
Self-starter
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to work closely with a team
