The Sr. Recruiting Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition Team by providing support to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist @ the CVG Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky; as well as manages all MIA Hub Support Operation’s non-exempt and select exempt requisitions. How will you contribute to the success of DHL? As a passionate professional you will use your energy and enthusiasm to partner with the CVG Hub Talent Acquisition Team. Duties of this role will include but not be limited to: Partners with hiring managers to obtain and confirm search requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, environmental conditions, compensation, target audience (internal and/or external), timeframes, etc Performs comprehensive targeted research strategy for qualified candidates via internal DHL databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts with other companies, and discussions with other research personnel Researches, assembles, analyzes and makes recommendations regarding recruiting metrics Interviews and screens candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions Oversees all pre-employment requirements (e.g., background investigations including reference checks, drug testing, physical exams) to ensure compliance and proper applicant tracking flow and records maintenance Collaborates with other HR functions on recruiting issues (e.g., new hire requirements, compensation, etc) Presents job opportunities to qualified candidates Provides lead functional guidance, advice and/or training to less-experienced recruiting staff Skills & Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and detail orientation Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively solve problems and overcome challenges Provide consistent high quality work with minimal errors Professionalism and positive demeanor Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times Do you have what it takes? BS/BA in related discipline preferred or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruiting support role, customer service, administrative or related work experiencePrefer experience with a high-volume recruitment process Prefer experience with Applicant Tracking System and knowledge of recruiting process Experienced skill level with Microsoft Office suite DHL is an equal opportunity employer.
