Location Description

Responsibilities
Responsible for tracking and coordination of benefit enrollments at new hire, annually and during status changes.
Assist Coordination of FMLA's and Leave of Absences for employees.
Responsible for organizing company events and programs.
Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation.
Assists with trainings, presentation and/or events (designing Power Point presentations, room set-up, etc.)
Performs administrative duties as needed (answering phones, photocopying, faxing, etc.)
Provide back-up to payroll functions as needed.
Participates on committees as needed for HR presence and support.
Assist employees with questions related to benefits and employment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
