Responsibilities
Acting as the primary recruiting contact for managers within the company
Manage full cycle recruiting
Extend offers, then once accepted it goes to HR/onboarding team
Recruiting a range of position levels
Manage job postings and reposting on job boards
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience within recruiting services.
Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization including senior level managers
Ability to manage an open requisition load of 10-20 requisitions
Experience working with an ATS
Strong experience working directly with managers and decision makers
Experience recruiting for a professional services firm
