Certified Payroll Assistant
Pay: Up to $55k
Location: Henderson, CO
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit weekly government contract certified payroll reports
Prepare weekly certified payroll status reports
Process unemployment claims
Work with line mangers regarding inquiries, issues and procedures affecting payroll and HR
Respond to governing agencies regarding errors or missing payroll details
Miscellaneous administrative duties
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience with certified payroll and reporting
Experience with Davis-Bacon Wages and/or Union Payroll
Oracle experience a plus
