All Talent Acquisition Partners:
Partners with Hiring Managers to understand positions; including visiting
locations and meeting with teammates to understand roles
Flexibility and openness to move to support any business need
Develops and executes on strategy to source and select candidates
Keeps accurate record of candidates in applicant tracking system to include
accurate steps and status of interview process, disposition reasons, and
postings job requisitions in Workday
Closely manages all candidate interactions to guarantee a great candidate
experience
Appropriately escalates to business partners opportunities to improve
selection and hiring process (speed or process, steps in process,
candidates not being hired & why, etc.)
Proficiently uses technology to accomplish tasks with the highest of
efficiency and data accuracy
Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures related to Talent
Acquisition

General Job Duties Overview:
Needs little instruction on non-routine tasks
Work requires initiative and judgment for some tasks
Work assignments increase in complexity requiring a higher level of knowledge
and skill of procedures, practices, and tools
Completes work assignments through acquired training that are semi-routine in
nature
Works on problems of moderate scope and analyzes situations and data using a
review of a variety of factors
Champions projects and initiatives
Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
Talent Acquisition Specific Job Duties & Competencies:
Successfully hires harder to fill, high volume roles (non-exempt and exempt)
Communication (written and verbal) is clear, concise and offers
solutions/ The Why with defined asks and plan
Leads talent acquisition conversation on weekly calls with Supervisor/Manager
Frequently communicates with FA/ROD/ and VP level as needed
Uses advanced tools to gain knowledge of labor market data, market drivers
and competitive intelligence for areas supported and provides hiring managers
and field leaders with the data and historical trends to develop talent
acquisition strategies
Uses data to influence hiring manager behaviors and challenge assumptions
Effectively communicates in a way that resonates with the business to drive
for talent acquisition results
Educates Hiring Managers on competency-based interviewing & selection
process best developed practices
Consistently uses innovative and creative sourcing methods to regularly source
both active and passive talent and keeps up to date on the latest sourcing
techniques and trends
Networks via association contacts, maintaining regular contact with silver
medalists and passive candidates
Escalates roadblocks or obstacles to the business and TA leadership as
appropriate
Establishes and maintains relationships with business partners
(Ops/PS), candidates (internal and external) and teammates. Is
seen as a consultative partner.
Maximizes all available tools including but not limited to: applicant
tracking system, DaVita provided, and employer branding resources.

Salary/ Wage Range$51,400.00-$75,500.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a
candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may
fall outside of the range shown. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards
package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad
