We are looking for an experienced Technical Sourcing Recruiter
that can thrive and produce at a high volume while creating solid partnerships with your internal and external teams to achieve our hiring goals. As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will primarily focus on sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive prospects to support our Engineering team. You will stay on top of industry trends, leverage our existing tools, and help identify new ones while building pipelines for key roles.

Responsibilities
Partner with hiring teams to build efficient sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with the ability to manage expectations.
Focus primarily on sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive prospects supporting our Engineering roles including Software, Systems, Integrations, Quality, and Full Stack Engineers.
Leverage platforms including LinkedIn, internal ATS, and social media to actively engage top prospects and build awareness for Dragos Careers
Assess candidates and gauge candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply selling a role.
Build relationships with individuals and with pools of talent in support of current and future hiring needs
Map potential markets and provide 'on demand' talent pool research and analysis
Simultaneously manage multiple searches and support multiple recruiting partners
Requirements
4 years technical sourcing experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team with a focus on SaaS and Cyber software engineering.
Passion, understanding, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Intellectual curiosity around technology, business, and industry
Ability to shift focus quickly as needed and support multiple searches in a wide variety of roles.
Compensation
Base Salary: $85,000
Base Benefits Equity = $130,000
Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match)
Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program. This will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter.
