PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Reporting to the Director Change & OD, this position will be part of the Change & OD Team, which develops and implements programs and initiatives in the areas of change management, team development and organizational development.S/he will partner with TLOD partners, business leaders/functions, and act as deputy Director Change & OD.The selected candidate will have the opportunity to directly influence the success of our company through myriad implementation of initiatives. He/she must have demonstrated ability to work with individuals in all levels of the organization and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to maintain confidential information is a must.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:General:Support TLOD Partner and HRBPs to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Change Management, Team development & OD solutions.Use expert knowledge in the field of change management, team development or organizational development to propose recommended solutions and identify adequate and effective measures.Support management of multiple assigned Change and OD processes, including definition and monitoring of KPIs and continuous improvement of the process.Manage Change Management and OD vendors of the assigned Change and OD projects or processesProject management and coordination: lead assigned programs and processesSupport TLOD team development by coaching and leadership to more junior colleagues in TLOD teamAct as Deputy for Director Change & OD.Change and Organizational Development (OD) ProjectsLead implementation of assigned change management initiatives in the HR area (e.g. Workday, HR Transformation, Bonus Harmonization)Support the development and implementation of cultural and employee engagement initiatives (e.g. Future of Work, Core Values, Engagement)Support development and implementation of new TLOD concepts with CM&C support and integration in OD frameworks (e.g. Career Pathing, Competency Frameworks)Lead or Support further change and org development projects in CE, CD or G&A as needed dependent on priority and capacityChange Management and Organizational Development (OD) Framework Manage the development and maintenance of a Change Management Framework and Toolkit including practical examples and use cases for using the framework/toolkit. Continuously improve based on best practices and examples and experiences gathered.Support Global Learning activities as SME in Change and OD methodologyAct as active player in FME wide Change Network to ensure application of a consistent methodology, best practice sharingAct as SME the capability building of Change Practitioners and HRBPsTeam Development and Framework  Lead the development and maintenance of a Team Development Framework and Toolkit including practical examples and use cases for using the framework/toolkit. Continuously improve based on best practices and examples and experiences gathered.Partner with TLOD Partner and HRBPs and to develop and deliver end-to-end Team development solutions.SUPERVISION: NoneEDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Learning/Organizational Development.EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: Five or more years of talent management experience with a focus on change management, consulting, organizational development and/or other talent management responsibilities.SHRM-CP/SCP and/or S/PHR certification a plus.Ability to cultivate credible relationships with all levels in the organization.Experience working with competency models preferred.Collaborative and team-oriented attitudeExceptional attention to detail and follow-through with ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.Ability to work independently with minimal direction from manager.Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior level leadership and business leaders across the organizations; strong business presence.Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential material a must.Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite,identifier:R0093943,industry:Headquarters,title:Senior Manager Change and OD Excellence (Remote - Open to Global Applicants),url:****
