Support activities for Team Members and ensure all processes are documented and followed to meet company, regulatory and corporate requirements. Deliver Certified and L&D modules effectively, achieving module objectives and strictly adhering to the Certified policies and procedures that manage attendance, assessment, certification and reportsSupport session scheduling and confirm attendance of participantsSupport the Certified North America Champion for people management and development, encompassing many different types of strategic and tactical activitiesDelivery preparation, post-delivery reporting, and excellent facilitation of Certified and L&D modulesDevelop, maintain and publish annual training plan/calendarOversee the planning, scheduling and coordination of training eventsProvide leadership and coaching to operational trainers to ensure effectiveness of the training programEnsure systems are in place to properly maintain and manage training records Deliver learning events using proper training design techniques and learning methods following learning design processRequired Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, education, business, or related field or equivalent strongly preferredFive to seven (5-7) years of experience inhuman resources, with particular emphasis on training, learning & development, and organizational design/capability strongly preferredAbility to facilitate corporate training courses requiredWorking knowledge of commonly used learning and development concepts, practices, and procedures required Our Organization has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement.
