We're looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator who is customer-obsessed and driven to innovate as we build and transform how we educate and develop employees, customers, and partners. The right candidate is creative, not afraid to roll-up sleeves, and has demonstrated a drive to solve real customer problems to revolutionize the way people build skills and capabilities. This individual will need to be self-motivated, highly organized, and have what it takes to challenge status-quo. With this career opportunity, you will leverage your skills and experiences to help support all education and knowledge initiatives. This individual contributor role will report into the Pure Performance, Education & Knowledge Team as part of the global Customer Experience organization comprising Technical Services and Professional Services. Some key responsibilities include:
Support all education delivery logistics and coordination including scheduling speakers, room set-up, food orders, supplies, and preparing/setting out materials
Manage and maintain training calendars, facilities, equipment, and supplies
Create email campaigns to promote courses and education programs both internally and externally
Ensure all classroom courses are scheduled, assigned, and prepared in accordance to our standards and best practices
Administration of our LMS for items such as user accounts and assignments, user roles, groups, course upload and creation
Monitor and manage all communication channels to respond to incoming customer, partners, and internal requests and inquiries
Develop, improve, and document workflows and processes
Develop and nurture relationships with student intake and recruiting sources as well as senior internal stakeholders
Coordinate and ensure SME engagement
Consistently maintain accuracy of information such as class scheduling, registrations, rosters, attendance, and distribution of materials
Track and prepare surveys and reports on training effectiveness, consumption, and compliance
Communicate with instructors regarding schedules and provide assistance with logistics
Effectively communicates with team members, business partners, and key stakeholders
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM...
BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 3 years of learning coordination, event coordination, and/or administration experience
Experience in learning & development organization is a strong plus
Previous experience working in a technical support and/or customer support organization is a strong plus
Ability to work independently, but also able to collaborate with others with a positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to try new methods, tools, and processes to improve learning experiences
Experience using data collection, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve individual and organizational performance
Significant experience working where customer satisfaction is paramount in a service delivery care environment
Multi-skilled, willing and able to learn quickly, comfortable working from one project/task to the next
Strong problem solving and editorial skills with genuine attention to detail
Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment
